Papo Français

Terms of sale

Version of 10 October 2026. The French version prevails.

1. Who sells what

These terms apply to the “The whole book” purchase in the app Papo, the Talking Book, published by Sadio MAMANE LAWEL, entrepreneur individuel (EI) (the “publisher”, see the legal notice).

The purchase is made inside the app, and the store sells it: Apple on the App Store, Google on Google Play. The store takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT. Its own terms apply to the purchase, in addition to these. The publisher provides the app, its content and support.

2. What you buy

The app is free to download. Without buying, the child already has the full fruit and farm animal chapters, three pictures from each other chapter, every language, the bilingual mode and the album.

“The whole book” is a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no later charge. It opens every chapter of the book, with their pages, games and stickers. It is tied to the Apple or Google account that paid.

3. Price

The price is the one shown in the app and in the store’s payment sheet, in your country’s currency, taxes included, before you confirm.

4. Order and delivery

The purchase is made in the Parents’ corner, behind the parental gate, with the “Unlock” button. Payment goes through the store’s payment sheet, with the payment methods of your account. The chapters open as soon as the store confirms the purchase, and stay open offline.

On another device, or after reinstalling, “Restore my purchases” finds the purchase. You need the same Apple account, or the same Google account: a purchase made on the App Store does not open on Google Play, and the other way round.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

“The whole book” is digital content supplied without a physical medium, as soon as you pay. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once you have asked for this immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right.

Apple and Google apply their own refund rules, which may be more generous. Only they can refund a purchase made in the app, including under the right of withdrawal: ask on reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or from your order history on play.google.com for Google Play.

6. Warranty

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If “The whole book” does not work as described, write to us: we will first try to fix the problem. If that is not possible, the law provides, depending on the case, a price reduction or a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

7. Personal data

The purchase sends us no personal data. Details are in the privacy policy.

8. Support

For any question about your purchase or the app: support@saden.info. See also the Support page.

9. Disputes

If you disagree with us, write to us first: most problems are settled quickly. A claim about payment or a refund belongs to the store, as seller of record, under its terms. You can also go to the competent court.

If you are a consumer, you can turn free of charge to our consumer mediator after writing to us without a satisfactory answer: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, cm2c.net.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
